The premier after-work crunk party, now in its 5th year, will host its 2nd annual South ‘N the City Picnic welcoming more than 2,000 attendees to Governors Island on Saturday, July 22nd, 2017.  The event will feature a thoughtfully curated marketplace where shoppers will have access to indie designers who will represent the best and brightest talents from the maker community.  Goods will range from one of a kind jewelry, natural beauty products, accessories and apparel, housewares, books, affordable art and more.  To become a vendor, please complete the form via the link below.  Your application will be reviewed and a member of the SNTC team will notify you of acceptance.

The South ‘N The City Picnic Vendor Market will include a day of vending on Saturday, July 22nd at Colonels Row on Governors Island.  The Vendor Market will feature DIY artisans and craft people curated to offer a wide variety of one-of-a-kind products. Space is limited. Applicants are NOT guaranteed acceptance.

PROGRAM DETAILS:

Application Due Date: Rolling submissions through July 14, 2017. (We will likely make decisions before July 14, so get your application in now)

 

Pricing: 10' x10' vending space, basic power (1 x 20A/110V line), wifi and 2 vendor credentials $300

 

Vendors are responsible for bringing tables, chairs, extension cords.  Additional vending space, extra power, additional vendor credentials, etc. will be available for an additional charge.

 

Insurance: All participating vendors will be required to present a Certificate of Insurance with $1MM liability coverage with South ‘N the City, its subsidiaries and partners as additional insured.

 

Selected vendors will be notified on a rolling basis between date of application submission and July 14, 2017. Vendors will be required to complete and submit all paperwork and payments no later than July 12, 2017 to confirm their booth or the reservation may be cancelled.

Once accepted, you will need to submit your payment of $300 to reserve your space. All payments will be processed via our online portal. Details for accessing will come with your acceptance
